Federated Canada

Card processing system has become an integral part of a business. Operation of an organization (primarily in retail sector) goes completely off-track if it stops working. Being an owner of a grocery retail store owner I understand how important it is for a business in the sector. I am writing this piece because I am frustrated with the POS that I bought from Federated Canada last week. Earlier I was not using any such system. Since it became difficult to handle large number of customers during peak hours, I chose Federated Canada. But the agency has disappointed me. The system is slow and the PIN pad often stops indentifying cards. Besides, the entire system froze three times in the last week.

This faulty system has been proving out to be a point of embarrassment for my business. I complained about the issue on the very first day of it occurring. Though they are assured me to fix the issue at the earliest, I am still waiting for a representative to come and inspect the system. I am just clueless what to do.
